Well, here's truth friends...Meditation in your daily life is GUARANTEED to lower stress and anxiety, completely heals insomnia, and helps you to know yourself on a deeper level. I have decided to dedicate 2 Fridays a month to open up a place for people to meditate together. I will guide you in a simple meditation and then help you balance your energy centers with a sound bath. My hopes are to bring in several different sound practitioners and other healers to expand on these experiences.
