Gentle Yoga Series with Lauren

This class uses slow, easy movement, and an emphasis on breathing to guide students into a closer connection with themselves and the world around them. The focus of this class is stress release and gentle stretching. This is a mat based class and is appropriate for students of all levels and ages, including beginners, seniors, and those with injuries. Please bring a yoga mat and towel. This class will be taught by Lauren Tonetti at Colonial Elementary School
