BASICS: Woodworking - Battery Powered Hand Tools

This class runs about 1 hr to 1.5 hrs and covers how to safely operate battery powered drills, drivers, jigsaws, and circular saws. This class is excellent for beginners who have little or no experience with battery powered hand tools. This class is also great for those who own power tools at home, but want to ensure that they are using them safely.

Class attendies will also make a small coat hook to enhance their practice in the class.

Class members are welcome to bring their own jigsaw, circular saw, drill, and driver.

Individuals are welcome to sign up for multiple basics classes until they feel confident on the equipment.

Closed toed shoes are required.
Anyone ages 12 and up are welcome. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present at all times.

Class refund policy:

- 7 calendar days or more before the class start date: Refunds will be given, minus a 10% service fee (Eventbrite fees non-refundable)

- 6 calendar days to 2 days before class start date: Refunds, minus a 10% service fee, will be issued in the form of a credit voucher to be applied to a future offering within 1-year of the issue date.

- No refunds issued within 48 hours of any class offering.
