KIDS YOGA classes – for all children 5 – 10 years

Nurturing children’s mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing

In these fun, supportive yoga classes children will learn movement, breathwork and mindfulness with a balance of structure, creativity and playfulness.

Kids Yoga helps children to>
• Manage emotions, stress and anxiety
• Improve physical strength, balance, flexibility and coordination
• Increase concentration, focus and attention span
• Develop confidence, social skills and respect for others
• Cultivate mindfulness, mental focus and self-esteem

Location: Labrador Community Centre, 57 Billington St, Labrador
Classes are $5.00 per child and are limited to 10 per class
