GATHER for Breathwork

Breathwork is an experiential thing that's different for everybody and different every time you do it. One thing is guaranteed and that is you will feel different than how you started. This style is called Conscious Circular Breathwork, its an active technique. (there's a little bit of work in breathwork)
Susan has put together a unique experience which includes sound therapy, essential oils, music to touch your soul, energy work and a live Gong.... plus so much more. This Breathwork session is one of a kind.
Breathwork is a powerful technique for discovery, healing and personal growth. Working with the breath allows one to release the things that no longer serve you so you can start living your best life. Most people leave the session feeling calmer, content and relaxed.
