About the event

LPC Women's Club Duck Derby
We're excited to announce our 2nd Annual Duck Derby! Adopt a duck for a chance to win HALF the proceeds raised!

This is a fundraising event for the La Porte City Women's Club to support our work in the community, from donations to local organizations, scholarships, volunteer work, and more!

You may "adopt" a duck for $20, provide your name & phone number, and we'll let you know what number duck you've adopted! At Noon on Saturday, June 14th, we will have our Duck Race on Wolf Creek starting on the Main Street bridge and the first Duck to the finish line wins half of all proceeds raised! Winner need not be present to win!
