Strength in Motion: Supporting Pelvic Floor & Fertility

Join Reproductive Partners San Diego and Rehab United for a unique mind-body event that connects movement, education, and fertility support.

We’ll begin with a breathwork and mobility class led by Oriana Barger, LPTA, RYT, designed to activate your core and support pelvic floor strength—a foundational element of reproductive and overall wellness.

After the workout, Dr. Jamie Stanhiser, double board-certified fertility specialist at RPSD, will lead an open conversation on:

✔️ Why pelvic floor strength matters for reproductive outcomes

✔️ How you can build strength that supports your entire fertility journey
