Enjoy exploring your body and learn to work with life force energy. We use the body and breath to come out of our head and into the Now. It doesn’t matter how ‘fit’ you are. Each can practice to their own capability.

The classes are taught in a blend of English and Swedish. Each class includes a warming cup of yogi tea.

About me, Judith van Kolfschoten:
I facilitate groups and individuals sharing yoga & breathwork, and host various community initiatives. I’m originally from Holland and now living in Urshult with my sambo Jan and our two kids.
