フシモクナイトラン!
毎月最終木曜日はフシモクナイトラン！
19：30ステップスポーツ伏見桃山店前に集合し、伏見の町を約5キロほどランニングします。ペースは㌔6〜7とゆっくりです。
20：30頃、竜馬通商店街のクラフトビールのお店、家守堂にゴール、みんなで乾杯しましょう！
持ち物は、足元を照らす携行ライト、ビール代。参加費無料。ノンアルコールメニューもあります。
市民ランで自己責任になりますが、安全第一で充分気をつけて走りましょう。歩行者優先、クルマ優先です。怪我のないようライトをお持ちください。
