Meet us under Sanjo Bridge (northwest side of the river) at 19:00. We’ll start jogging at 19:15, heading to Demachiyanagi and back. Along the way, we’ll pause for a quick 5-minute bodyweight workout. All fitness levels are welcome. We jog at a relaxed pace that’s perfect for chatting and connecting. We cover a distance of about 5KM and are usually finished within an hour
