The Somatic Trauma Training Program is a six-month immersive program designed to give you the clinical skills, confidence, and depth to work effectively with trauma — without overwhelm, and without losing yourself in the process.

Across six practical workshop days and five online sessions, you'll learn how trauma lives in the fascia, the breath, the spine, the ribcage, and the hips — and how to work with all of it through safe, evidence-informed, hands-on technique.

Drawing upon shiatsu, fascial work, craniosacral therapy and breathwork, all distilled into a clear, practical framework any bodywork therapist can use, whether you work on the floor or the table.
