Kyabram Salami Muster

A fun, flavour-filled showdown where Australians and Italians compete for the title of best hand-crafted local salami.

The rivalry is friendly, recipes are top secret and our Gala Awards Dinner is a night of delicious food, prizes and a charity auction.

$10 per salami competition entry (there's only space for 35 salamis, so get in quick!).

$70 per ticket for the Gala Awards Dinner. Open to everyone and includes a three-course meal, salami tastings and a night of laughs and great entertainment.
