This event will be held at Fort Fisher State Park Access in Kure Beach.
The full moon 🌕 represents a time of heightened energy and intensity, providing an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and to embrace new beginnings.
During this phase, we can begin to shed what isn’t working for us. It’s an ideal moment to reflect on what you've built during the waxing phase while letting go of anything that feels out of alignment. Let's use this time to release the things that no longer benefit us, creating space for our new intentions to manifest.
Allow the vibrations of the singing bowls, combined with the natural rhythms of the ocean waves, to wash away any stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get in and get comfortable.
What to Bring:
Dress in comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat, chair, cushion, blanket, or pillow—anything that will make you comfortable.
