International Award winning Pianist and Composer Mike del Ferro is a renowned Dutch jazz pianist and musical explorer whose career has been marked by an insatiable curiosity for the diverse sounds of the world.
He has collaborated with Jazz greats musicians such as Toots Thielemans, Branford Marsalis, Jack DeJohnette, Randy Brecker, Oscar Castro Neves, Deborah Brown, Erik Truffaz, Jorge Rossy, Scott Hamilton, Richard Galliano, and many others.
Born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Mike's musical journey has taken him across continents, weaving a rich tapestry of global influences into his work. His father was opera singer Leonard del Ferro who sang and recorded with Maria Callas and collabarated with Leonard Bernstein.
