課程特色：

「精英短跑訓練計劃」旨在為已有基礎能力及比賽經驗的運動員提供長期專業訓練，協助運動員為各項比賽做準備，並制定訓練計劃， 通過每星期至少3次恆常訓練，令學員各方面能力全面提升。

本計劃於上學年進行初步試驗並取得明顯成效，已有多位運動員於學界比賽、全港小學賽、分齡賽中不斷刷新個人最佳成績，其中不乏名列前三、打破大會紀錄的傑出運動員，亦有運動員達到U16香港青少年隊培訓標準。

課程內容包括：

• 短跑技術提升（包括跑姿、起跑及途中跑技術）
• 相關體能訓練（集中速度與爆發力的結合）
• 跳躍能力訓練
• 高強度間歇訓練
• 低強度恢復訓練

訓練详情：

• 對象：小四或以上有經驗運動員（需年滿9歲）
• 費用：$1000/月，每4個星期或一個月收費一次

About the Programme:

Elite Athlete Programme aims to provide long-term professional training for athletes possessing foundational skills and competition experience. It assists athletes in preparing for various events and devises tailored training plans. Through consistent training sessions held at least three times weekly, participants shall achieve comprehensive enhancement across all aspects of their abilities.

This programme underwent initial trials during the previous academic year with demonstrable success. Several athletes have consistently achieved personal bests in school competitions, All HK Inter-Area Primary Schools Athletics Competition, and Hong Kong Junior Age Group Athletics Competition. Among them are outstanding performers who have secured top-three finishes and broken meet records, while others have met the training standards for the Hong Kong U16 Youth Team.

Training Includes:

• Sprint Technique Enhancement (including running form, start technique and mid-race technique)
• Related Physical Conditioning (focusing on the integration of speed and explosive power)
• Jumping Ability Training
• High-Intensity Interval Training
• Low-Intensity Recovery Training

Programme Details:

• Target Group: Experienced athletes in P4 or above (Year 4 or above).
• Fee: $1000 per month.
