A few things we feel are of importance to remind the whole community are:
- Ensure your children have a responsible adult's mobile number on their wrist band. Do this at the gate on the way in. Know where your children are at all times. Be aware of the Dam
- After 11pm, all children 16 & under are to be in the company of a responsible adult or back in their own camp.
- Younger children need to be remined by the parents not to enter the neighbouring GOLF COURSE, as costly, multi thousand dollars damages have been caused there by the children!!!
- Small dogs, puppies & special consideration dogs are welcome if; they are kept on a short lead at all times, away from all communal areas & buildings, that you pick up after them every time & do not leave them unattended in your camp, esp if they will bark a lot. Thank you, we appreciate your respect and trust that you feel the enormous privilege it is to bring your beloved fur babies along & into a wildlife park.
- No smoking/vaping in communal areas, around dance floors or inside buildings.
- Renaissance is a LEAVE NO TRACE EVENT. It is your responsibility to take all your rubbish and recyclables home with you - including any animal rubbish.
- Remember your bush safety - respect the wildlife. Bell Park Scout Camp is a beautiful part of country and when we aren't all there being noisy and having fun, the Kookaburras are out in force. Which means it's snake country too. So, please be mindful and play it safe.
- FIRE is allowed if Your fire is in a drum/container that is off the ground. (there are only a few on site, so we thoroughly recommend you BYO something that will keep the fire off the ground) Never left unattended. BYO wood.

Spring, Summer and Easter – Renaissance Village events are open to everyone BUT people enter at their OWN RISK !!!!
Please, keep in mind unforeseen COVID19 exposures, bush camping, environmental hazards (falling trees and branches, snakes and spiders) and circumstances (wet or extremely hot weather), accidents while utilizing play equipment, swimming and canoeing on the lake, water slide and at the challenge course.
The organizer, Jiotto Studio Art School, WAIVERS the responsibility for all of those occurrences!
