Kolkata grew up on its own much before the British came and settled here. Frankly Kolkata was not born from the day of Job Charnock's settlement in Sutanati. "Chandimangal" a ballad in praise of the Goddess Chandi, written by Mukundaram towards the end of the 16th century, mentions Kalikata, Salkia, Chitpore and Kalighat. Infact there is no conclusive evidence to show the age of Calcutta, now Kolkata. Our heritages scattered throughout the city reflect the art, culture, passion and the wealth of the Bengali class called "Bonediana".
Durga Pujas are just the right time to have a glimpse of the tradition, royalty and grandeur. We will take you on a guided tour to show you the pujas of SOME WELL KNOWN houses IN AND AROUND CENTRAL KOLKATA. We welcome you all to our Sabeki Bari Pujo Porikroma. A maximum of 7 houses will be covered. The itinerary can only be informed closer to date.
FOOD ARRANGEMENT:
1. Breakfast can either be packed and served on board or may be from an eatery
2. Packaged drinking water (500ml)
CHARGES Rs 2650/- per head.
SEAT NUMBERS WILL BE ISSUED IN SEQUENCE AS & WHEN WE RECEIVE COMPLETE PAYMENT. WE CANNOT ASSURE YOU SEATS TOGETHER OR ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER FOR FAMILIES OR FRIENDS BOOKING THIS TRIP, AS WE FOLLOW SEAT NUMBERS IN SEQUENCE.
