Our Friend named SNAKE

Swarna Chakrabarty is a field herpetologist dealing in human snake conflict and snake rescue. He is a naturalist working at Svasara Jungle Lodge at Tadoba National Park. In this photo and video presentation Swarna presents his encounters with snakes included kraits and cobras in and around the National Park including snake rescue and release. In Swarna's own words " Snakes are often misunderstood but they play a very important role in our eco system, making them our friends in many ways! Snakes dont want to harm us. By respecting their space and understanding their role, we can live in harmony with these fascinating reptiles."
