CrossFit Never Forget would love to formally invite you—YES, YOU!—to our second Bring a Friend Week of 2025!

What is Bring a Friend Week (BAF Week)?
BAF Week is a week of FREE workouts for anyone in Howard County and the surrounding communities. Our BAF Week starts on Monday, June 23rd and runs through Saturday, June 28th!
Never done CrossFit before?

No worries! Every single workout can be tailored to meet YOUR individual needs, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. All you need to do is show up, sign a waiver, and be ready to get sweaty and have some fun with us!

We will close out BAF Week with a Nutrition Seminar after our 8:00 AM class on Saturday, June 28th, to help everyone start making more mindful choices about food and nutrition.
