At Crossroads Community Church we believe in the power of prayer. We cannot live this out as a church body without each of us doing our part individually. This is why we invite EVERYONE who calls Crossroads their home to participate in our 40 days of prayer for Wize ‘n Up in one of three (or all!) ways.
Pray: Beginning June 11th, we will praying over each individual aspect of Wize ‘N Up. Each day you will receive a reminder text with a prayer prompt for that day. Text PRAY4WNU to be added to the list!
Fast: On July 15th, we will be dedicating the day to intentionally fast for Wize ‘N Up. Here’s what that might look like:
You can choose to fast from food for half a day or the whole day.
Use your meal time to focus on praying over Wize ‘n Up.
If fasting would be dangerous (medically-speaking) for you, you may opt to fast from time-consuming activities (social media, TV, etc.)
Join Us For In-Person Prayer: On July 15th, we will host a prayer night at Crossroads. It will be from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, with many serving teams meeting afterwards. Check with your leader to see if/where your team will meet. The night will consist of small groups rotating through each part of the building and grounds and praying over each aspect of Wize ‘N Up. Prayer prompts will be provided, no one is required to pray out loud. Only do so if you feel comfortable.
