Fish Pickling and Tanning Event - In-person

Join us for two workshops in one! We will learn how to make delicious pickled fish to take home and learn the basics of fish skin tanning. This is a family-friendly cultural event, all ages welcome! We will share about using all parts of the harvest, about traditional uses of fish skin, and share some Sugt’stun Alutiiq language related to fish and fishing.
