Throwing for Skilled Beginners II $250

6:00- 8:30 pm

Continue your wheel throwing endeavors in Throwing for Skilled Beginners (level 2)! This class is designed to move you along in the process of throwing from a beginner level. Students will get a quick refresher on centering, opening, pulling up walls, and trimming. This class will teach skilled beginners how to throw plates and shallow dishes and bowls. This class requires the completion of at least one 6-week Throwing for Skilled Beginners course and the knowledge on how to center at least 3 lbs of clay independently. Practice outside of class is strongly recommended but not required, and all students registered for this course have access to Independent Studio. First bag of clay and all glazes and firings are included.
