SPECIAL EVENT: Renew in Nature- A Meditative Workshop

Nature in itself provides numerous benefits to our mental and physical well-being. Come out to Ijams on July 27 from 10am-12pm for a Renew in Nature meditative workshop that will begin with an outdoor yoga flow that will transition into a beautiful sound bath experience under the homesite pavilion, and will end with a peaceful forest bathing session.

Yoga, sound baths, and forest bathing all have proven benefits for both our physical and mental well-being including stress reduction, boosts mood, promotes mindfulness, enhanced focus and concentration and many more!

Tickets for this event are $40 per person. Please bring a yoga mat with you for this workshop. You can also bring a journal for the forest bathing portion of the workshop and a pillow or eye covering for the sound bath if you would like.

Must pre-register for this event. This event will take place at the Ijams Homesite Pavilion.
