Ijams invites you to join in the fun on August 5 for an all-ages Tie Dye (and Trivia Night) Party as part of the Big Fun Tuesday series!
Grab your friends and family, and come to the quarry for fresh air, fun and some colorful crafting!
The Appalachian Mountain Bike Club will begin their social bike ride at 6pm. River Sports Outfitters will be open for kayak and paddleboard rentals and swimming at the quarry is always a must! And then around 6:30pm, we will start the tie dye festivities for the night! Bring your own pre-washed shirt, bandana, or other item of clothing, and we will provide the rest.
If you would like to join in the Nature Nerd Trivia fun so you can put your nature knowledge to the ultimate test with categories like Call of the Wild (an audio round!), Spotted at Ijams (a visual ID round!), and more, be sure to register your team at:

PLEASE RSVP for this event so we can plan ahead for the amount of dyes needed. There is no ticket cost for this event, but donations are greatly appreciated.
There will be a food truck out for all of your dining needs and the Ijams beer garden will have all the adult beverages available (as well as plenty of non-alcoholic options and snacks available!)
These events happen every first Tuesday from May-October. BFT is a night to hang with your friends, hit the trails on your mountain bike or on foot, listen to some music, enjoy a local food truck, rent a paddleboard or kayak from River Sports Outfitters, or simply enjoy a great evening!
NOTE: Big Fun Tuesdays are weather-dependent and may be canceled due to rain. Plans will be announced on this page and on the Facebook event page.
