About the event

Caregiver Conference

Please register in advance by scanning the QR code or emailing ! Space is Limited!

Registration begins at 8:30 AM in Parish Hall.

Participants will gain valuable insights into legal and advanced planning considerations, diagnosing neurological conditions and practical guidance for individuals facing memory loss and their caregivers. In addition, a panel of senior care experts will share resources and tips for caring for yourself!

Industry professionals will be on hand to discuss services and answer questions.

Light refreshments will be served!

All attendees will receive a “Caring for You Package” as a small thank you for being an amazing caregiver!

$15 (Optional) Registration Fee- All donations will be given to the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's
