The Heart of Aging Program - Knox

The Community Services of Starke County is hosting a variety of Heart of Aging programs for older adults and those who care for the aging in our community at their Knox and North Judson locations this Spring. Call 574-772-7070 for more information or to register. These programs are free and sponsored by the Northern Indiana Community Foundation and Kankakee Valley REMC-Operation RoundUp.

Heart of Aging with Wisdom and Vitality- A dynamic learning series that invites participants to explore various wellness topics. Infused with findings around neuroscience, each session provides an overview or core concepts, activities and practices to explore that engages one's wisdom.

Meets the last Wednesday of the month at CST in Knox.

Meets in North Judson the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm CST, starts on March 11.
