Tai Chi for Health

Certified TCHI Instructor Jennifer Weinert, leads weekly Tai Chi for Health follow along practice for older adults.

Can be performed seated or standing. These classes are sponsored by the Northern Indiana Community Foundation and the Kankakee Valley REMC, which means they are free to the participants.
