For this summer installment we will practice stopping, allowing ourselves to be still in order for us to see clearly, generating insight, transformation and freedom in ourselves, in our life and in our world.
Every quarter, Jem offers a session online with Meditation and Dharma on a Sunday 19-20:30 CET.
The overarching theme is Artful Living Now that helps us return to ourselves in the moment to explore or experience, to deepen our calm, kindness and clarity.
I want to offer a calm, kind and inspiring oasis to come to for replenishment and deepening or our energy and practice.
The subject for this session is: The Way of Peace, we will nourish and establish peace within, learn to communicate more peacefully and constructively and pray for peace in the world.
An hour and a half to settle into ourselves, in the moment, and take care of and enjoy our inner garden. Meditation and Dharma teachings will help us find more grounding and the capacity to master our attention, also in our daily life. Meditating together deepens the practice and inspires our daily mindfulness. Meditations will usually be seated, but can also be lying down, standing, or in movement at certain times.
The session will generally look like this:
