The Two Kinds of Selflessnesses According to Mipham Rinpoche

In Buddhism, the realization of selflessness is seen as the key to enlightenment. One is selflessness of the person, the other is selflessness of phenomena. In this teaching, Khenpo Pema Dorje Rinpoche will explain these two types of selflessness based on a text by Mipham Rinpoche.

Khenpo Pema Dorje Rinpoche was born in Dolpo, Nepal, and became the first Khenpo from the Dolpo region, enthroned at Namdroling Monastery in 2003. He studied at the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute under the guidance of H.H. Penor Rinpoche and co-founded the Dolpo Tulku Charitable Foundation together with Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche.
