September Smoker Series #3: Chef Chris Morris

Rolling into week 3 of our September Smoker Series is Chef Chris Morris from Jumpin' Jay's! His love for cooking began at an early age, helping his family in the kitchen. Chris went on to study at the Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover. After working in various restaurants along the Seacoast, he’s found his creative outlet as sous chef at Jumpin' Jay's for the past two years.

BBQ Plate: Jerk-Rubbed Swordfish with Grilled & Smoked-Charred Peaches, Bacon Walnut Crumble, Spiced Plum & Honey Vinaigrette, Fried Cannellini Beans, and Cheddar Crisps
