September Smoker Series #4: Chef Jason Lantagne

Closing out our last Smoker Series of the year is Chef Jason Lantagne from Ore Nell's North! Like many in the industry, Chef Jason got his start washing dishes and prepping food. After graduating from culinary school, he discovered his love for BBQ and launched his own catering business in 2010. In 2021, we welcomed Jason as our sous chef, and he has since become head chef at Ore Nell's North, bringing his creative twists and flavors to our specials menu!
