Join Jamie Gooch & Bryn Wolanski for an evening of Consciousness & Creativity!
Jamie will guide you through 30 mintues of guided breathwork & somatic exercises to activate your consciousness. Her thoughtfully crafted exercises will allow you to connect deeply with your body and surrounding nature to awaken your creative flow. Afterwards, Bryn will lead you through a creative journaling portion while providing clarifying and thought-provoking questions about your breathwork experience.
There will be time available after these exercises for those who wish to socialize, share and make new friends while we thrive together in the vibration of our higher frequencies.
Our goal is to help you connect deeper, activate your creative side, and feel supported while expressing yourself on paper.
We ask that you bring your own journal and fun writing utensils. We will have paper and pens available for those who need it.
