We're excited to be bringing you our first Health Walk incorporating a Yoga Session with Courtney Wilson, trained yoga teacher. Courtney leads regular yoga classes in Kirriemuir and is looking forward to bringing us some zen after our Health Walk on Monday 6th October.
We will enjoy a short walk leaving from Reform Street Car Park at 1pm, and for those wishing to take part in the yoga session, we will finish our walk at the Guide Hall, where Courtney will lead us through a short beginner yoga session.

**About our Health Walks**
Our weekly walks are always led by trained Health Walk staff or volunteers. The pace is slow and distance is short, with lots of time for nature spotting along the way. The pre-planned routes are usually a maximum of 3km, with any longer walks clearly advertised as such.
They are an ideal activity for you if you’re looking for some motivation to get out, get those steps in, and have a nice friendly chat with some new people. And you’ll be delighted to know that each session ends with a brew and a blether too.
