Mighty Mums trial classes open from August 7 – just $10 to join us for a session!

If you've been craving movement, connection, and a moment for you — this is your chance to see what Mighty Mums is all about.

- Gentle, feel-good movement (no fitness level needed)

- Outdoor, pram-friendly sessions in Cronulla

- Babies welcome — they often become part of the workout
