HERMVMT is teaming up with Solidcore Totem Lake + local music artist Kellie Rose (she’s building the playlist just for us!) for a high-energy women’s event you don’t want to miss.

Here’s the vibe:

✨ Girly meets gritty — think Pilates-inspired strength, pink theme, and beats you’ll actually want to plank to.

✨ A room full of like-minded women (entrepreneurs, creators, dreamers) who are here to sweat and connect.

✨ ✨ The perfect mix of workout + social — we’ll move together, then hang out with included bites + drinks, photo ops, and a raffle to close it out.

The Social Chain Co. will be offering permanent jewelry ✨

Pure Green Downtown Seattle will be sampling juices + smoothies ?

Unity Coffee will be pouring iced matcha ?

Agenda:

• 10:15 AM – Check-in, grab your name tag, sip & snack, snap pics, meet new friends
• 10:45 AM – Welcome remarks + sponsor shoutouts
• 11:10 AM – Solidcore class (50 min, all levels, set to KR’s playlist 🔥)
• 12:00 PM – Post-class snacks + networking + raffle prizes
• 12:30 PM – Final group photo + wrap-up
