About the event

FishFest!

Join us for the joyful unveiling of three projects designed to benefit salmon: a salmon art installation on the Denny Creek trail, painted with community at DennyFest 2024, new educational salmon signs, and new ecological geocaching tours!

We'll celebrate these with a poetry reading by renowned poet Rena Priest, editor of I Sing the Salmon Home, and author of poetry books for which she was named WA State poet laureate.

There will be free snacks, beverages, ice-cream and even prizes for completing a trail tour or a child-friendly geocaching tour within the park.
