Gather your family and friends to support your loved ones as we build community around this disease together. Join us on June 29, 2025 for this family-friendly run & walk. Choose 5K or 1 mile distance for our in-person race or choose your own distance for the virtual option.

Our Mission
Defeat Multiple Myeloma's Mission is to raise awareness of multiple myeloma while supporting research that seeks to discover new treatments, improve quality of life for multiple myeloma patients, and ultimately find a cure for this devastating form of cancer.

100% of race proceeds benefits Myeloma research at Fred Hutch.
