Join us for a peaceful evening to honour the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year and a symbolic time of reflection, rest, and renewal.
In this gentle session, we will move softly through body-based practices designed to release tension, calm the mind, and connect with the quiet wisdom of winter. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation with Tibetan bowls and Koshi bells, an invitation to pause and reset before the light returns.
Suitable for all levels, no previous yoga experience needed. Please bring a mat and blanket, wear something comfortable and warm.
Let’s welcome the new season together in a nurturing space filled with calm and intention.
