Manion WOD (Workout of the Day)

Join us this April for the 2025 Manion WOD (Workout of the Day), a workout that honors the life and legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice on 04/29/2007 while saving his brothers in arms. Travis embodied courage and selflessness; this workout is designed to push you to do the same in his memory. The challenge consists of a 400-meter run followed by 29 back squats, repeated for 7 rounds. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this WOD is for everyone.
