💧🌦️ Wild About Water – A Drop-In Day of Discovery! 🌊❄️
Did you miss our Wild About Water summer program? No need to start the waterwork because it’s back for one day only! Join us at Jack Miner’s Bird Sanctuary for an exciting, hands-on program all about one of our most precious resources — water! 🌍💧
Bring the whole family and explore how water shapes our world, how we use it, and what we can do to protect it for future generations.
🌿 What to Expect: 🗣️ Water Conservation Talk – Learn about the water cycle and easy ways we can all make a difference. 🔬 Station 1: Water Quality Testing – Test real samples using our science kits (1 per family/group – limited to 15) 🎨 Station 2: Rainy Day Window Craft – Use wax paper and color to create a beautiful rain-themed window scene! 🧪 Station 3: Build A Water Filter – Design and test your own natural water filter and see what happens!
