Get ready for a high-flying day of family fun at the SkyFest Community Kite Festival, proudly featuring the nationally renowned team from Great American Kites! Join us on Saturday, September 27 from 11 AM to 4 PM at the Holden City Lake area where the skies will come alive with massive show kites and colorful inflatables soaring high above the beautiful lakefront.
This free, family-friendly event invites everyone to bring a kite or simply sit back and enjoy the incredible sights. You’ll see giant octopus, whales, dragons, and patriotic-themed kites flying hundreds of feet in the air—creating unforgettable memories for all ages weather permitting.
