True Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop

This two-hour workshop will provide you with the support,confidence and basics you'll need to know to strengthen, stretch and float with the hammock.

This workshop is for true beginners and no experience necessary.

What to Expect:
Deep stretching
Core/ Upper Body Strengthening
Basic Inversions
Supported Suspension

This workshop is not recommended for those who are:
• Pregnant
• Experiencing vertigo or dizziness
• Recovering from recent surgery
• Managing uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, or severe neck/back injuries

If you are unsure whether aerial yoga is right for you, please consult with your doctor prior to attending.
