Self Love Candlelight Yoga

This time of year is all about LOVE.

Join Lisa Mo for a candlelight yoga class at Balance Yoga & Wellness on Friday, February 6 from 5:30-6:45 pm. Together we'll enjoy the opportunity to slow down a bit and soak in all that self-love. This vinyasa-style slow flow class will be appropriate for those with all levels of experience--beginners welcome! Featuring a curated playlist and candlelight vibes, you'll flow into your weekend with movement, breath, and empowerment!

Class is accessible for all levels, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Please dress comfortably for movement, bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive a few minutes prior to class time to register and set up your space.
