A Donation-Based Yoga Class Supporting Team Allied Services

Join us for a relaxing and meaningful yoga flow in support of Team Allied Services. This all-levels vinyasa flow class is a wonderful way to move your body, calm your mind, and give back to a great cause - all at the same time.

📅 Date: Saturday, February 7
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM (1-hour class)
📍 Location: Balance Yoga & Wellness
900 Rutter Avenue, Forty Fort, PA
🧘 Class: All Levels Vinyasa Flow

✨ This is a donation-based class with a suggested donation of $20. ✨ All proceeds support Allied Services programs right here in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, all are welcome. Come solo, bring a friend, and help us spread the love through movement.
