The Slow Sunday Sanctuary – A 4-Week Restorative Workshop Series

Begin your week with softness and intention. The Slow Sunday Sanctuary is a gentle, soul-nourishing
4-week workshop designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect before the week ahead. Each
Sunday offers a different style of slow, mindful practice, creating a sanctuary of stillness, ease, and
renewal.

Throughout the series, you will experience a rotating rhythm of:

��Restorative Yoga – deep rest supported by props and breath
�� Yin Restore – long-held Yin stretches blended with restorative stillness
�� Flow Into Stillness – a slow Hatha flow ending in grounding restorative poses

Cost: Early bird pricing🦜: $70 for the full series ( First 5 students registered)
or $20 per class. $80 full series after early bird pricing ends.
