Please bring a yoga mat, cozy layers, and anything that helps you settle comfortably into movement and sound for our guided yoga sesh. Eye covers, water, and a journal can deepen the experience, but are optional. Come dressed to move, breathe, and stretch, with an open mind, a grounded intention, and a readiness to explore the blend of yoga, sound adventure, and psychedelic cannabis in a safe, supported space.

To ensure everyone's enjoyment and safety, it's essential for all cannabis used for the occasion to be purchased from Kingston Cannabis Inc. Participants will be able to purchase their own products or share products pre-purchased by a faciliator. As part of Kingston Cannabis Inc research, a small questionnaire must also be filled out.Cannabis consumed at this event must be limited to what you would 'normaly' use and you must consent to both confidentiality and risks associated with cannabis use.
