Precision Martial Arts Short Stick Block & Counter Workshop

COUNTER AND FOLLOW UP WORKSHOP Zen Do Kai Ranelagh will be having a short stick seminar on the 9th August from 11:30am - 2:30pm. This will be a 3 hour session covering the counter & follow up techniques from previous seminar This session will be taken by Sifu Jody Blatch.
