Children’s book authors Jacinta Bunnell and Lil Miss Hot Mess are teaming up to bring an all-ages storytime to Kingston, NY.
Jacinta Bunnell is an artist and author known for creating vibrant, inclusive media for young readers. She has written several books published by PM Press and will be reading A More Graceful Shaboom, which features a non-binary protagonist who discovers joy and purpose in an unexpected adventure.

Lil Miss Hot Mess is a drag performer, author, and activist. A founding member of Drag Story Hour, Lil Miss Hot Mess brings a thoughtful and playful approach to storytelling. She is passionate about making literacy fun, fierce, and fabulous. Lil Miss Hot Mess’s books include: Make Your Own Rainbow: A Drag Queen's Guide to Color; If You're a Drag Queen and You Know It; and The Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish, Swish, Swish.

Together, Jacinta and Lil Miss Hot Mess create space for imagination, identity, and connection, welcoming kids and adults alike into stories that reflect the world we live in. We want to share these stories now more than ever!
The event will be held on the outdoor back patio. Alternatively, we will move into the small indoor lounge if it is raining.
