Welcome to Kingston Ecstatic Dance!
Join us for a night of free-spirited movement and connection at Kingston Lakeshore West Lions Club Inc. Let's dance our hearts out on January 23, 2026 at 6:30 PM (Eastern Time).
Release your inhibitions and groove to the rhythm of the music in a judgment-free zone. No dance experience needed, just come as you are and let the music guide you. See you on the dance floor!

What to Expect -
Our evening begins at 6;30 Pm with a Opening Circle and brief introduction, setting the tone for a grounded journey.
Megan will then guide you through gentle breathwork and intuitive movement, helping you soften into your body and ease into a slow, nourishing warm-up.
From there, we move into approximately two hours of free-form dance, allowing space for expression, release, and presence.
The evening closes with:
a deeply relaxing sound journey
an Awaken the Light meditation
a closing community circle to integrate and connect
