Using a supportive yoga hammock, you’ll explore gentle inversions, strength-building poses, and deep relaxation techniques that are especially beneficial for relieving lower back tension, improving hip mobility, and decompressing the spine. Aerial yoga can also enhance circulation, release fascia, and improve posture by creating space in the joints and lengthening the spine without impact or strain.

This series is taught by Megan Fox (500 RYT, YACEP, Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor), who specializes in creating a safe, welcoming environment for beginners. Whether you're looking to ease chronic tension or simply try something new, this series offers a perfect entry point.
